Shipping Policy

DESPATCH TIMES

We try to ship orders within 48 hours after receiving your order. But please allow 3-4 business days for processing & despatch when orders are placed leading up to the weekend or public holidays. If we cannot ship your order due to stocking issues we will notify you within 3 working day. We ship with Australia Post from our store in Perth, Western Australia. Orders sent out to WA are usually delivered in 3-5 days, for orders going interstate, it can take between 6-14 business days. 
We ship worldwide and overseas delivery times can vary from country to country.
If you are not sure, please chat with us. 

If your order is for a pre-order, or for an item made-to-order, we will contact you with updates as the order progresses. 
All orders will receive a confirmation email once the order is made and another when the order is shipped. If you don't receive these please check your junk mail first, if unclear or you need further instructions, send us an email to info@roguemotorcycles.com.au, we are here and happy to help with your order enquiries. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for most countries are stipulated on checkout. In as many cases as possible, both express and standard shipping rates are provided. If the shipping rates shown at checkout are not acceptable to you, please contact us to discuss.

SHIPPING TRACKING

Most deliveries will have a corresponding tracking number. You will receive this number via email when we despatch your goods. If you lose it or can't find it please feel free to contact us and we will provide it to you.

UNDERSTANDING DDU AND DDP - TAXES AND DUTIES FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS

This does not apply to orders made in Australia.

Each country has its own rules and laws relating to the collection of taxes from items purchased over the internet. If your country charges extra duties and taxes for goods ordered over the internet, you must understand these rules before ordering from us.
