Stainless Steel Breakout-to-V-Star Front Wheel Spacers

Plug & Play — No Bearing Swap Needed!

These CNC-machined stainless steel spacers allow you to bolt a Harley-Davidson Breakout front wheel directly onto your Yamaha V-Star 650 front end — without changing the Harley bearings (25mm ID).

Designed to slot perfectly into the OEM Harley 25mm ID bearings, these adapters also space the wheel correctly for the V-Star fork width.

Compatible with Breakout wheels from 2013 onwards.

Fitment Specs

• Harley Breakout wheel bearings: 25 mm ID
• Bearing width on your acquired Harley Breakout wheel should be 162–163 mm (outside to outside) — please check your wheel!
• Spacers adapt Harley bearing spacing to V-Star 650 stock fork spacing (202mm fork leg to fork leg at mating surface)

Speedo Compatibility

Harley wheels do not have a pickup for the V-Star’s mechanical speedo cable, so the cable becomes redundant with this conversion. We recommend pairing this setup with our Rogue Motorcycles GPS Speedo, which connects via satellite (not your smartphone) and automatically provides accurate speed readings — regardless of your wheel size.

Brake Disc Note

We are now also offering floating 300 mm (11.8”) brake discs designed for Harley wheels but sized correctly for the V-Star front caliper.

• Early Stock Breakout discs (2013–2017) are 11.5” (292 mm) — too small for the V-Star.
• Using 11.5” discs can cause the pads to touch each other as they wear, resulting in loss of braking power.
• We strongly recommend using 300 mm (11.8”) discs for proper braking performance and safety.
