Assembly:
First remove the upper fork crown by unscrewing the steering head screw and the side clamping screws. Now push the Two Hands Motorcycles speedometer holder over one of the two standpipes. 

Then mount the fork crown in the reverse order. Finally, screw your speedo into the holder, align all the components and fasten them carefully with the clamping screw.
